We are seeking for a Channel Business Development & Sales Manager to help build the broad market strategy and grow revenue in this segment. This role seeks an individual passionate about building channel business with deep contacts with partners to create the foundation. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a track record of growing new engagements in the broader market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a channel-based model with focus on rapid revenue ramp
  • Work with channel partners to build a light touch engagement model and work to create
    interest in Micas offerings
  • Create new business development programs to generate leads and awareness
  • Partner with the Micas marketing and technical teams to deliver clear messaging and collaterals
  • Build process to manage programs and ensure alignment to funding requirements
  • Create account plans and collaborate with marketing teams on strategy/growth
    initiatives and for building long-term partner relationships
  • Conduct broad market training and awareness programs for Micas products
  • Plan and execute marketing events, lunch-n-learns, and trade-show participation with focused accounts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on best known methods and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field with 10+ years of channel related experience
  • Computer science or engineering degree is a plus for this opportunity
  • Experience calling on broad market accounts/partners in the Data Center networking segment
  • Technical experience with data center customers and understanding of networking architectures
  • Strong contacts with SMB and broad market partners
  • Track record of building and executing channel based programs

This is a sales hunting role will require creating, building and delivering results with the largest cloud accounts. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a track record of growing new engagements at cloud customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and exceed sales objectives and quotas at assigned accounts

Technical Open Network Solution Architect

We are seeking for a Technical Open Network Solution Architect to help with defining customer network requirements and operating system solutions. This role seeks a networking technical subject matter expert to working with customers to build solutions/services and to help define requirements with the engineering community. This role is focused on working on open networking-based switching solutions and the support operating systems. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a track record of creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and implement technical designs and plans to accelerate customer growth by providing repeatable, documented and qualified designs across Micas Networks product line.
  • Manage operating system solutions for commercial and open networking solutions with focus on software offerings and addressing customer requirements.
  • Become a technical subject matter expert for sales and marketing by working tightly with engineering to help implement products, applications and solutions
  • Manage the SONic and Linux ecosystem engagements for Micas Networks to help influence the industry through membership in standards committees and with internal engineering teams.
  •  Manage the Micas Networks long-term roadmap to understand network design requirements, engineering targets and implementation requirements with a two year horizon.
  • Work with technical architects at switch semiconductor partners to enable long-term design solutions and requirements
  • Develop and deliver technical training for sales and marketing teams.
  • Build, influence and maintain a network within the Open Networking ecosystem to be a sensor for industry trends for Micas Networks

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in a technical role with customer facing and ecosystem experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications, Computer Science or Engineering required.
  • Experience working with Open Networking solutions and related operating systems such as SONiC and Linux.
  • 5+ years of building software in a team environment. The ability to build software based solutions and services
  • L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience with Data Center and Campus networks. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this focus area.
  • Expertise in routing and switching and understanding of competitive landscape (Cisco, Juniper, EdgeCore Networks, Arista).
  • Proficient in the technical application of dynamic routing & tunneling protocols such as OSPF, BGP, IPV6, VXLAN, MPLS VPN.
  • Familiar with Network Virtualization (VSU, MLAG)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
  • Must be creative and interested in joining an adventure.

We are seeking for a Post-Sales Support Director to oversee service activities and drive process improvement, optimization, and execution. This role is responsible for supervising the service team, delivering day-to-day service/operational support, supporting strategy and performance, providing value-added analytics and decision support. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a track record of creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee service activities, project implementation for global customers.
  • Establish strong relationships with global customers and collaborate with technical and
    product team to ensure the efficient high-quality post sales service for global
    customers.
  • Plan and develop policies and procedures for requirements collection, devices
    deployment, troubleshooting and problems solving.
  • Ensure all network devices stability and the solutions are delivered within
    budget/deadline to meet customers’ needs.
  • Define/Architect the program strategy and objectives, assess and communicate impact

    deliverables and success metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science or related required.
  • 10+ years experience in a technical role with customer-facing experience.
  • 5+ years managerial experience.
  • Deep knowledge of open networking solutions and related operating systems such as SONiC and Linux is preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in the technical application of dynamic routing & tunneling protocols such as OSPF, BGP, IPv6, VxLAN, MPLS VPN. Familiar with Network Virtualization(VSU, MLAG).

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply explore and understand the current network and business status of customers, find customer pain points and determine sales opportunities.
